Lofoten panorama luxury home with sauna in Reine

This property is perfect in every way; the views are spectacular and otherworldly from the house, you can absolutely see the aurora from the porch provided the weather permits it. The facilities in the house are amazing too, everything you'd possibly need is provided and furthermore, the whole house is done up really well and you can tell no expense was spared in doing so. The sauna is wonderful as well, the view from the sauna is just as good as in the photos. When you stay here, you will literally be blown away by the views and the house itself. Personally, it's probably the best house with a view I've stayed in for a few days, beating other places in the same region by a mile. When I stayed here, I got the feeling of calm and amazement from the views, and it made me never want to leave. So when I had to eventually check out, it was a sad moment because this house will stay in my memory forever!

I loved the comfort of the house and its view. Unless you're okay staying at a rorbu, there are no other similar level of modern luxury as Michael's house. It is quiet and away from crowds, perfectly located for either staying inside and enjoying the view or going out to the Reine/Sakrisoy/Hamnoy area. The kitchen is well stocked and you can do laundry as well! I rented the place as a solo traveler and loved it.

Nothing! I have zero reservations about recommending this place or coming again.

The sauna was temporarily out of order but the owner was trying his best to sort it out and that shouldn’t be an on going issue.

Breathtaking view, probably THE BEST location on Lofoten. The house is modern and clean with a lot of huge windows, so you can enjoy the terrific views day and night. Also the house is of high quality regarding furniture, doors, windows, kitchen etc. You can feel the owners have invested in this high end property. Very nice and service oriented German host. Highly recommendable!

No outdoor furniture. It would have been nice to sit outside in comfy chairs and enjoy the views.

The views were magical. It’s out of this world. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to reach.

There is almost no privacy, the neighbors house faces the living room and if they are outside, then they can just look at everything in the house. There are no light blocking curtains which is essential with 24 hours of sunlight. The blinds which were only partially covering the windows dont do the job
