It near the high road only

My experience was unfortunately very poor. First, upon entering the main gate, the exit barrier was open and there was no security staff present. I assumed that was the correct entry, but the entrance area caused a flat tire to my car at around 11 PM on the night of my stay. The hotel did not provide any assistance, and I had to take a taxi. Second, during check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied. This is a serious mistake, and unfortunately, no proper apology was offered. Third, despite being eligible for an upgrade through my account, the hotel refused to upgrade my room even after these issues. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

اول شي أنا عميل لديهم من سنين وحجزت شقة ولم اعرف ان عندهم سكن ملحق جداجدا سيىء لانضافة ولا شئ جيد الاضائة ضعيفة الحمام متهالك السراميك جدأ وسخان حرام. يكون هذا فندق اربعة نجوم والله حتى النجمة مايستاهلها وحرام اني دفعت 3 الف ريال في خمس ايام اليلة مايقارب 600﷼ لانصح فية ابدآ

Not respect customer Rooms no tissue no waste basket no slippers Staff person there informed me this room for customer through booking application thats why not same other rooms service

فندق جيد عبارة عن مبنى رئيسي للغرف ومطعم ومسبح ومبنى مجاور للشقق اقل درجة .

يفتقد للخدمات التشديد بالدخول والخروج عدم سماح لمناديب المطاعم بالدخول الى البوابة

I want to thank Jitandra for -helping me check in and helping me personally bring my bags in -booking me a room next to the lift - showing me where the local supermarket was and much other helpful advice making my families stay that much easier -he also arranged to have someone bring a cot for my 1 year old - and personally bought up my delivery to my room! The rest of the staff were also excellent, the hotel location in booking is incorrect and needs to be changed. One of the house keeping staff argued with me when I asked for a new blanket, just say yes or no, please don't argue! Pem also bought my breakfast up in the morning! Overall the hotel is pleasant, clean, and the staff are excellent.
