The Vibes Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The location was good . The staff was very accommodating.

The noise was unacceptable. There is no sound deadening in the hotel. NONE. You can hear every conversation in the entire main building, in your room with your door closed. They don’t have fitted sheets for the bed and housekeeping made up our bed so the mattress was exposed at the foot (short sheeted). We had to strip the bed and remake it-without the bottom sheet fitting correctly. The bathroom door was jammed halfway open-it couldn’t be opened further or shut. The staff at the front desk tried hard to accommodate us. That was the one plus to our stay.

Only 1 hanger provided, no luggage rack, desk lamp bulb was out, tile floor slippery when walking inside on a rainy night. Could use doormat inside to wipe feet and place shoes.

It was recently redone from the previous hotel that it was and they did an excellent job

Very friendly and courteous staff. Room was beautiful and clean. Very modern decor. .

One of the most disturbing was that the patio door leading to the balcony had a latch on it to lock it but on the actual door panel there was not a hole for it to lock to. They never finished it. Very concerning especially if traveling with children. The walls are super thin. It felt and sounded like everyone guest in the main bldg were staying in our room. Could not watch TV or sleep peacefully. The door to the actual room had light showing on the top so the door itself was crooked or just not attached. Be cautious especially with kids. Safety / Hazard concerns

Gap in the door could feel the draft, shower pressure horrible. Further more the water didn’t get warm at all.

Im a local, and this is our new place to stay in the off season❤️ you know need some time away from the kids, and working all summer 😆
