The staff was very friendly

Our room was small

It was close to the beach and the boardwalk and a few great restaurants

The refrigerator was not cold, the port for the USB did not work, the phone in the room did not work. I had to walk over to guest services twice to ask for things since I was unable to make a phone call from the room.

The desk staff was extremely friendly. For a Wildwood Hotel, this place is one of the best. I am picky when it comes to hotels. The Vibes is up to date, clean, and in a great location. They have two pools so we didn’t feel it was overcrowded even though it was a sold out holiday weekend. Would stay again.

I booked through Booking.com and was unable to make a change to my reservation even thought it had only been 30 minutes. If I had booked through the hotel directly, I would have been able to make the change. There was also a spot of mold on the ceiling of our shower. We only had a quick trip so it didn’t bother me much, but you can tell it was already repaired incorrectly once. They needs to be addressed.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very nice.

The sheets were constantly sliding. We weren’t aware until the next morning that you have to request to have your room done. Twice I saw that guests were skimming the pool.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, location was great! I appreciate that the rooms have multiple mirrors with built in lights, and good lighting in general. The “vibe” is really cute!

No elevator, hallways and common areas were really hot and narrow. Room was clean based on appearance but we’d find strange stains and things of that nature. You can hear every little thing from the other rooms and the hallway, so it never really felt like we were alone/on vacation.

The room was relatively spacious and very clean! Very close to the boardwalk, and a very friendly staff.

You can hear everything outside of the room and inside other rooms. The doors/walls are very thin, so a bit of that privacy is missing.
