Private Room on Donegall Road in Central Belfast

Everything went well and the host was very helpful and answered us fast. The room was nice and in a good location.

The only pity is that the bathroom is shared with a lot of people and rooms. So we had to wait more than 15 minutes in the morning before managing to go to the bathroom.

Check in could be earlier as 4pm is later than most and check out could be earlier as 10am is earlier than most. In room 2 it almost feels like the window was open as very noisy with traffic so sleep was disturbed. And floorboards need looked at. Vertical blinds need repaired also. At this time of year the heating needs to be on more. Was extremely cold at times. Bit of an overload with direct messages with rules etc before check in as well. No issue with shared bathroom but can be hard to get it free or available when people are using it as no other toilet. Another small toilet would be ideal and then it would be perfect. Overall I still would stay again. Don't stay here if you are going to be rowdy or messy. Quiet respectful people only.

The owner is super nice, the room is very clean and well facilitated.

Room 2 is a bit noisy, maybe a thick curtain or two layer window can help.

The bed is very soft. The bathroom and kitchen are also very clean. Across the road is the supermarket. It is close to the city center. But the most commendable thing is the kindness and enthusiasm of the boss. Because we came abroad for the first time, we encountered many problems. The boss helped us in time and understood our difficulties very well. This once made me and my friends very grateful.
