Modern, self-contained annexe in the countryside

Very well presented, very clean, bright, modern and cheerfully decorated.

Being really picky, turning in and out off the road was challenging at times, and getting towels dry was a bit difficult.

Everything.The annexe was perfect in every way possible. Beautifully kept, with every need catered for. Comfortable and homely, a peaceful, lovely retreat complete with a private patio, garden furniture and rotary clothes line and overlooking a wonderful garden. Bev also supplied us with lots of extras including bacon, freshly laid eggs from her own hens ,bread, milk, butter, biscuits, cereals and beverages. Parking was easy and very secure as the property has electric gates. Lovely hosts, wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Bev and Ray.

When we arrived it was all warm and cosy. Breakfast was left and tea coffee sugar was also left and some biscuits. Thank you. We have stayed here before and love the location and it's such a beautiful relaxed ng place it feels like home.

Having to return home 😂

Very clean. A variety of breakfast things were supplied which was a nice touch. Shower was very good. Even though it is an annexe we found it very private.

The sofa. Lovely sofa but we couldn't sit on it comfortably and have our feet on the floor at the same time.. A couple of foot stools for shorter people would fix that.

Did not have breakfast ,but lovely food was left for us.A beautiful location

El alojamiento perfecto para unos días con todo lo necesario y más. Muy fácil acceso, tranquilo y cómodo. Lugar perfecto para explorar la zona y sentirse como en casa.

Everything was so clean, and it was the little things like bev had left bread, butter, bacon, eggs and milk to welcome us and the cupboards had all the little things you might need, absolutely brilliant and the owners where lovely and so helpful.

It was all perfect

We liked everything about this annex, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything has been thought of. It's home from home, comfortable and relaxing and so quiet. It will be our go to holiday home whilst visiting our family who live in the village. Bev and Ray are such a lovely couple nothing is too much trouble. They have such a beautiful home. When we arrived they had left bacon, eggs (from their hens, you can watch them running around) butter, marmalade, bread, milk, and a selection of cereals. How wonderful. There is also parking which if you know Cornwall is a luxury! Can't wait to go back. They have lovely cats too.

The only thing we didn't like is, we had to leave 😭
