neues Haus Meerblick,Heizung Pool das ganze Jahr

Eine nahezu perfekte Einrichtung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Hier und da fehlt eine Kleinigkeit aber das ist nicht schlimm .

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Kann man wahrscheinlich nicht mit der deutschen Bauweise vergleichen und man hört die Nachbarn 1zu1. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das Haus ist klasse 😊

Sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Gut durchdacht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Es gibt sogar „Tupperdosen“, Frischhaltefolie und ein großes Arsenal an Küchenutensilien usw… Dann ist man völlig ungestört, sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht weit weg von den touristischen Hotspots ( z.B. San Teodoro)… Tolle authentische Bar mit der leckersten Pizza ( 8EUR !!!!) im Ort …Haus ist auch ohne Klimaanlage relativ kühl in der heißen Jahreszeit .. Schöner Pool und riesengroße, überdachte Terrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge … jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche :-) somit nicht nur für Familien geeignet sondern auch für 2-3 Paare

Our stay at Casa Klaus in San Nicola, Brunella This is not a negative review just a review of the facts we encountered when we stayed. I can understand completely that as the owners don’t live on the island they have to trust and rely on the staff they employ to take care of the villa. The villa was large and well furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook in, great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Added extras like a tefal grill (loved it so much we have now bought one!) and orange juicer were great! Villa up a long winding road so need a decent car, but views are beautiful!

We did have a couple of minor things, the outside kitchen was great but due to being in the hills and August, wasps were a huge problem (also a few hornets), obviously completely out of the hosts control but worth bearing in mind, and you will find this nearly everywhere you go in Sardinia. There was no full length mirror anywhere in the property, a very easy thing to fix! and if you have dresses there’s no where to hang them (like I say very minor but worth noting) Unfortunately for us the biggest disappointment was the splash pool, It’s made of dark materials so always looks like the water is dark, unfortunately when we arrived we could see one of the corners was coming apart (it’s not a tiled pool) there was lots of sand in the water. We then noticed just how many bits were floating in the pool, (a pool should be crystal clear not cloudy with particles floating in it) We did report it, a man did come the next day and cleaned some of the sand from the bottom. Nothing else was done, as far as we were aware as the issue with the water remained. We have video and photos to show our findings. Then we actually found a water boatman swimming in it. Needless to say we didn’t use the pool at all. The pool wasn’t checked the whole time we were there. (And obviously hadn’t been checked before we arrived) We don’t think it was filtering correctly and levels not correct. In hindsight we should have kept contacting the owner but we were waiting to hear from them after the pool maintenance man had been round, to see what needed to be done! Owners have since said that all the parameters, including salt and PH were fine the whole time. We completely disagree with this and are waiting for a reply from our last message, if this is the case we feel the water quality was very poor with this system. I’m presuming after our issues the pool will now have been completely sorted and cleaned ready for the next guests. Be aware that Sardina has very strict waste disposal rules.
