"Clean, tidy, well equipped property in a quiet location."

Detached house in a quiet location, despite being in a housing estate, it was easy to park and very peaceful.

There were not enough chairs for the number of guests.

The house was clean and comfortable. The heating was on when we arrived (the weather was cold and wet). The facilities were what we expected. The location was very convenient for our party. There was plenty of parking. Although there were officially just two off road parking spaces, we managed to get four cars parked at one time.

The beds should have had mattress protectors - we could feel the mattress buttons through the bottom sheet. Although we didn't use it because the weather was poor, the garden looked very sad - a little tidying up and weeding would have improved the ambience. The smoke alarm beeped all night as it it needed new batteries - but it didn't
