The apartment is VERY noisy - you will here everything in the street - scooters, people etc. The neighbours make a lot of noise, no matter if it's 3 or 6am. We struggled to fall asleep. We were not informed that there is a problem with leaking sink (there was a bowl under the leaking pipe). We tried to remove the water on our own (otherwise it would flood the whole bathroom). This worsened our stay. Kitchen utensils are dirty and old.

Dużo gorszą kwestią są lokalni sąsiedzi ( mieszkający na stałe). Są bardzo głośni i nie zwracają uwagi na otoczenie, ponad to apartament znajduje się przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Dźwięki słyszane w nocy takie jak przejeżdżające skutery, samochody, pijani ludzie , sąsiad który kaszle mniej więcej od 22 do 2 w nocy, są tak słyszalne że wydawać by się mogło że jeżdżą i spacerują po pokoju obok łóżka w którym śpisz. To jest masakra, apartament nie dla ludzi którzy chcą odpocząć. W apartamencie brakuje czajnika, słuchawka prysznicowa leje wszędzie tylko nie tam gdzie trzeba, uszkodzony uchwyt prysznica i co najgorsze w mojej ocenie to zatkana umywalka, którą po naszej interwencji ktoś przetkał, ale zostawił miskę pod odpływem która napełniała się brudną wodą co około 2 dni. Jedziesz odpocząć a nie bawić się w hydraulika....
FRBig flat, two bedrooms on the main floor. The AC functioned well. Easy arrival, nice building. Top location to visit Palermo. Good communication with the host. Kitchen is okay.
One bedroom upstairs with low ceiling, only one toilet.
USLarge. Bedsheets were clean. We complained and the host was willing to work with Booking.com to refund the rest of our reservation, minus the night we stayed. She was very reasonable, easy enough to reach.
We stayed here in June. The apartment is very large but dimly lit, the furniture are older so it made the living room very dark. There was very minimal storage space in the bedroom to hang clothes or put clothes away. The cough sinks down when we sat on it. The kitchen was poorly stocked, there was no dishwashing soap and the host told me to get it myself and she will reimburse me. There was certainly not enough utensils or dishware for the number of people the apartment can accommodate. The worst was the apartment was VERY DIRTY. There were clumps of dust everywhere. Dust stuck to the bottom of our bags on the floor, our socks were black from walking around in the apartment. The shower leaks onto the floor. The bathroom sink leaks underneath and they have placed a bucket under the sink to catch the water. We complained to the host and it was so bad, we booked another apartment last minute and left the next day.
CZPozitivně hodnotím, že apartmán byl opravdu prostorný, blízko centra a měl zajímavý historický charakter. Klimatizace fungovala skvěle (pokud nebyly zapnuté více než dvě najednou) a celkově byl prostor v tomto směru příjemný. Hostitelka také vždy rychle reagovala na naše dotazy nebo řešení problémů, což velmi oceňuji.
Na druhou stranu, kuchyně byla málo vybavená – i když byla k dispozici trouba, chyběl například plech. Nikde nebylo zmíněno, že kohoutková voda není pitná, což nás překvapilo. Hostitelka nás také předem neupozornila, že nelze mít zapnuté více než dvě klimatizace současně, jinak vypadne elektřina. Dalším zklamáním bylo, že na postelích bylo pouze přehozené čisté prostěradlo, pod kterým však bylo špinavé (našli jsme vlasy a další nečistoty). Ráno byl v okolí poměrně velký hluk, i když to hostitelka samozřejmě ovlivnit nemůže.
ROThe location was excellent, very close to the main attractions from Palermo. The place has an amazing historical vibe. I would definitely recommend it!
