It’s quite expensive for what it is which is very standard accommodation. Perfectly fine but clearly geared to students. There were no wine glasses just pint glasses 😂

clean, spacious & well equipped. Great having secure parking & in easy walking distance of amenities/transport links clear communication from the owner re accessing property

some of the pillows need replacing-very lumpy would have liked a blind at the bathroom window as could see the entrance of the carpark through it

Very minor but would have liked a bath mat inside the bath to make it safer when bathing the kids.

Great location, bus stop outside and co-op across the road, secure parking, clean, spacious and really clear communications from Chris on check-in, key collection etc. Highly recommend this super apartment and will definitely stay again if we return to Nottingham.

Apartment did smell quite strongly of smoke

Communication with host is easy, clear instructions for self check-in. The place is as advertised, spacious and comfortable. Clean! Location is superb; the bus stops from and to the city is literaly just out of the door, only 5 mins to the tram.
