Appartamento spazioso in posizione ottima, terrazza panoramica con vista sui tetti di Carloforte, la cucina e l'appartamento sono forniti di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in completo relax. Siamo stati benissimo! Anche il sistema di check-in e check-out è comodissimo e la proprietaria Mariateresa è sempre reattiva, chiara e gentilissima nel rispondere. Quando torneremo sull'isola sarà un piacere tornare in questa residenza!

La posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro del paese. Gli spazi adeguati. La presenza di due bagni.

Ottima accoglienza, appartamento pulito, in ottima posizione. A due passi dal centro ma comunque in una zona molto tranquilla per riposare la notte.

Loved everything about this place. We looked for a few weeks for the perfect apartment in Carloforte and actually booked two others before finding this gem. Honestly, at first, I thought it was too good to be true because it's a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment right in the historical center with views of the harbor with A/C in EVERY room (rare in Italy) and a washing machine and balconies in front and bank., AND convenient parking. To spend well under $1K during the height of August for a full week just seemed too good to be true, a true diamond in the rough. Thankfully, it exceeded our expectations and was super comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 children (ages 10 and 6). The host, Mariateresa, and her family were incredibly welcoming, helpful and gracious and came to meet us during the start and end of our stay. When our power went out b/c of a power outage on the whole island due to a thunderstorm, the host was at the apartment already before we could even call her. She provided us with an incredible 1 page guide to the beaches, restaurants and activities on the island that we followed like our Bible, and we were not disappointed. When we were searching for a rare but traditional dish of porceddu for lunch (when it's usually only available for dinner), her husband called around and found us the perfect restaurant (Zefiro, in Sant'Antioco) and made the reservation for us. We would strongly recommend staying here and would definitely return, because Carloforte is amazing, and it's probably one of my favorite places in Italy, and I've been everywhere in Italy "da Trieste in giu," from Tireste to Lampedusa.

I wish we could've stayed longer! We lost power, but that was an island-wind outage and our landlady arrived to assist us before we could even have a chance to call her.
