location was good, very convenient, and close to groceries, and food places. Very comfortable and suitable for short and long stays with family.

seagull was very annoying :-), they were very responsible and acted as alarm clocks.

Location is excellent, it’s close to the centre of Brighton, the apartment is very nicely fitted out with everything you need for a short of longer stay, clean and comfortable with modern appliances , the bathroom was clean and modern, all in all a great place to stay

Nothing to not like, everything was wonderful and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable

Location was really good for this property. Only a few mins from The Lanes, North Laine and the beach. It was modern flat and the bed was comfy. Toilet was modern too.

a very tiny area of the flat might have some damp as paint was peeling off, toilet can have condensation so might be worth having an extractor fan. Would be amazing if there was a hair dryer.
