The location was great Checking in was easy

1. Hot water was only at main toilet and even that, it's not working well. 2. Drinking water needs maintenance

Location is very good and parking is easy. Owner is friendly

Apartment was really dirty (literally everywhere). As we walked in, we found hair, beansprout and dirt. We tried to wipe the floor with wet tissue and could see how dirty the floor was. We ended up mopped the floor ourselves. There was mould inside the silicone seal on all sinks (yes all sinks) and the toilet suites are yellowish dull, and one has a broken hinge. I believe the apartment itself is not that old to show this kind of wear and tear. Little ants could also be found everywhere, from bathroom vanity, dressing table, kitchen and water dispenser. We had to buy kettle and cook water ourselves. Lucky, there was no smell on the beds, but we could see lot of lints stuck on the bed cover (perhaps from the laundry). One of bed cover had oil stain which owner claimed it was from linen spray, but we could not smell any fragrance and other bed did not have the stain. However, the owner agreed for organising someone to change the cover which was much appreciated. I guess the owner should come and inspect their apartment regularly, and do a proper maintenance instead of leaving it to the cleaner.

Good internet, tv each room, high floor/ away from street. Good furniture. Convenient Location.

Seems some apartments above still need finishing so lots of hammering above our heads daytime. Though facility to connect electrical hot shower, unit was not fitted therefore washed ourselves with rather colder water.
