Great location, close to the City Centre and Stadium. Host was fantastic when I struggled with the door code. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Shower didn’t have hot water, only got very slightly warm.

Great location, exceptionally clean, good value for money. Loved the bath dispensers.

Could’ve done with some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom and an anti slip mat in the bath.

3 of us booked and stayed here on the 19th of June for Chris brown concert. Although location is perfect location for concerts and at a first glance the room seems ok…. We were met with a pull out bed that was broken and was simply made out of hard springs and disgustingly stained with yellow marks. Because of this 2 of us had to swap and take it in turns to sleep on the floor with a duvet. Even the double bed was stained too. We reported the issue straight away and no one got back to us with a resolution. We tried to look for somewhere else to stay but because of the concert there was simply nowhere to go in such short time. Paying £190 to sleep on the floor and on what only looked like urine stained beds is simply not acceptable. I have only been offered a measly £38 refund from booking.com. The photos don’t show just how horrible the stained actually were and as you can see from the photo the gold out bed was literally just springs covered with a stained piece of fabric.
