Everything was fine, had a few hiccups but the host resolved those quickly. They even allowed us to check out at 1pm as our flight got delayed. Emphatic host❤️

Nothing much.

I found about 4 cockroaches at the kitchen, and a lot of ants after I checked in. The unit have serious water leaking issue. The floor at upper level bathroom is flooded after bathing. The staff dont really bother me too.

Apartment was well-equipped, but many things were broken. The Uno attack game launcher battery was dead. One of the Karaoke speakers was not working, the charging brick was dangling in mid air causing frequent disconnects. Water dispenser had the service check light lit up, meaning not yet serviced so not sure if the water was drinkable. Kitchen toilet flushing mechanism was faulty and basically not usable. The hand soap was already used up and not refilled. Both air conditioning units had very dirty filters which affects the coldness of the released air and they obviously have not been serviced for a long time. There was no tissue paper provided. The entire unit was incredibly dusty it triggered our sinus, there's a thick layer of dust on the ceiling lamp, the carpet at the bed area looks like it hasn't been deep-cleaned for a long while already. It's obvious that the unit was poorly maintained, which is a pity given the aesthetics.

The interior is decorated to cater relaxation and escapade-kind of vibe despite being near the city. Almost like a different environment once we enter the unit.

Ants and small flies infestation. Not too serious and absolutely could be improved.
