"Disappointing"

Convenient to restaurants and shops.

Very small studio more like a dorm room. Tiny bathroom sink. Refrigerator never kept anything cold. We sent requests to management and nothing was ever done. We asked for an extra set of towels as we only got one full set for the both of us to use and we were there for one week which was ignored. Their were people loitering around outside the building especially in the evening. Too pricey.

"Light and airy space in historic building."

It was very bright and airy. 100 year old building being beautifully restored and updated. When I had a minor concern, the property manager addressed it in minutes.

The property is great. It was very warm in Rochester, and there is no central air. There is a small window unit. Once the sunset I opened the windows and got a nice breeze.
