Modern pristine stunning 2BD Garden District Apt

Clean, well maintained, ample facility.

Wifi didnt work after notifying owner. Construction for 2 days right on the front porch into the evening hours; zero quiet enjoyment. Owner said he’d fix the problem after the first day and the contractor was still working on the front porch the 2nd day also. Woke up first morning by owner doing a walk around with the contractor and talking loud enough OUTSIDE to wake me up INSIDE. Disregard for my use of the facilities despite paying $3400 for 4 nights including tax. He apologized and said he’d refund me 1 night’s stay but only refunded $483 and gave some line about different rates different nights. It was the classic bait and switch. I expected $850 refunded and got barely over half of that. Would not recommend for the customer relations alone. They were very cordial and easy to discuss my grievances but skimped on the promised refund and covered with a song and dance. Facility was very nice though and I wish I could recommend based on that alone.
