When we arrived to the property we immediately noticed how unclean the place was , our feet were instantly turned black from the dirty floor and the night tables were covered in dust , when we reported the issue to the host he told us that the dust and the dirty floor were from "the painted walls" because it was an old building.... and he was referring to the white specks on the floor from the paint wich were no issue and definitely did not make the floor black... We mopped the floor 2 times so that we can walk around the house normally, which is a disappointment in itself that we had to do that on our vacation.(The host told us to treat the place like our own home so that's why there were 3 mop buckets ready for us to use!)The patio was dirty as well but that I partially understand because it is outside in fact. The bedding and the decorative pillows on the bed had some dirty spots as well as the bathroom door that had dirty finger trails all over it. We were disappointed of the cleanliness of the space and also the location of the house, it is in a dirty and sketchy neighbourhood but that is not the host's fault , its just an observation. Another thing that seemed far fetched was that the host insisted we take out the trash before we leave (we would have done that without him saying it out of respect for the place anyway) and if we did not do it he would fine us.

Struttura molto sporca, tovaglie mai cambiate, Frigorifero non funzionante, mancanza di cose semplici, tipo un fornetto oppure un tostapane. Oserei dire da dimenticare.

Piękny ogród. Pięknie nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie.Piekne dodatki.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko stacja kolejowa.10 minut pieszo.Mogliśmy podróżować. Blisko do centrum. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo.Pyszna kawa i herbata. Duże łóżko do spania.Bardzo dziękujemy .

La casa era ben arredata e molto accogliente ... Nel complesso tutto ok come ci aspettavamo se non fosse stato che la zona esterna non è stata preparata e pulita per il nostro soggiorno, peccato perché avevamo scelto questa struttura proprio per fare giocare i bambini un po' all aperto, invece non è stato possibile.

Sia il miscelatore della doccia che la maniglia della veranda erano rotte.... Ma siamo sicuri che avranno già provveduto a intervenire

Este un apartament foarte spatios,linistit si cu aranjat cu mult bun gust. Gradina este foarte utila.puteam sa luam masa dimineata si seara, la pranz era prea cald. Aveam si loc pentru uscat prosoapele dupa plaja. Exista masina de spalat haine, aspirator, uscator de par, Aer conditionat, bucataria destul de utilata. Pozitia este buna,avand autobuz direct catre mare sau direct catre centrul orasului. Sauna este un plus doar ca nu am avut timp sa o folosim. Daca aveti masina se gasesc locuri gratuite de parcare in jurul blocului. Parcarile cu plata sunt 20 eur pe noapte.

Este poziționat intr-un cartier mai neingrijit,dar ne-am simtit in siguranta.

The apartment is very functional with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The veranda or backyard is very valuable for lovely dinners "al fresco" and the sauna a great treat after a whole day strolling around. The area is very safe and surrounded by shops & bars. Finally, the host is very attentive and responsive.

I'd love to give 10/10 but there were a couple of things which could be improved to give a wonderful experience overall. The apartment can be cleaned a bit better. Dust and hairs were found around the kitchen and bathroom. Also, the wardrobes did not have good odour...it smelled like mould and I did avoid to put my stuff in there. Some appliance in the bathroom can also be fixed. The hanger for the shower is not fit for the shower itself which was falling down all the time and the handle is broken and covered in limescale. Perhaps a good replacement would be good.

The location was good!

It smelled so bad and was so dirty. The bed sheets had stains, the floor was dusty and there were no luxuries at all. Not even a welcome bottle of water.
