NZIdeal location, convenient. We were a family of young and old and had various needs. We managed the 4 flights of stairs ok and appreciated the location and the warmth of the apartment.
Our family members found the tv switches initially to be inconvenient, as there were so many of them with no instructions on how to use. Host was contacted and replied in good time and after a day or so we learnt how to use the tv. Other than this I would say we all came away with back ache after three nights sleeping on hard spring beds. The beds are all extremely poor quality with springs felt as you lie on them, not suitable for most people I would say.
GBGBLocation and space within. Nice and warm, especially for a very old building in a cold December. Prompt comprehensive replies to messages. Snuggly bedding. Well equipped kitchen and store cupboard ingredients, including tea and coffee. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Noisy at night due to central location and single glazed windows (listed building so not the owners choice) so just take ear plugs. Or drink more wine! 😊 Be aware of the 4 flights of stairs. But neither of these things were an issue for us.
GBLocation central. Easy access to shops. Good selection of eateries and pubs nearby. Spacious, clean and warm. Fell asleep as soon as head hit pillow.
Older building, no double glazing. Party goers use street to cut through, sometimes noisy.

Could do with maintenance, mould in family bathroom, windows draughty, need repair so can shut properly and keep street sound out. Mattresses uncomfortable, master bed needs replacing. Street noise at night and woken by builders opposite Unreliable WiFi connection, TV in French. Earlier check in would be appreciated 4pm is late!
GBGBWonderful large top floor flat, in the centre of Bath. Everything is a short walk away. It's great for relaxing & chatting. We were a group of 3 couples catching up & this was a wonderful environment to do it.
We got woken around 4am by some selfish persons having a loud chat outside for half an hour, I think single pain glass allows more street noise through. This was nothing to do with the apartment, but did leave us tired.
GBLocation, size of property, shower was lovely, beds very comfy. Plenty of kitchen crockery and dishes.
