Great location. Comfortable, clean for the most part, and quiet. On the plus side, my wife enjoyed the functional kitchen and the light and views through the windows throughout the house. A fully fenced yard for our dog and Ragle Park across the street. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Very restful.

We suggest tightening the nuts and bolts of the dining room chairs as one chair was unstable. The water reservoir of the Cuisinart coffee maker is coated with coffee residue. The filter was black and saturated in coffee residue. FYI, the scissors in the butcher block is broken, My wife found it that way. Suggest you check the spices in the cabinet as some are hard and caked. The stopper in one of the bathroom sinks was found broken. The shade in one of the bedrooms was inoperable. Suggest an electrician examine the circuit box. Having two appliances - the washer and one of the bathroom vent fans working at the same time overloaded the circuit.
