The heating system was broken when we arrived. It was clear that no one had been at the house for a long time, judging from the temperature (3 C) and the spider webs in the chalet. It turned out the heater could not be fixed, and after an hour or two in the freezing cold, we got another, rather different style, chalet at the same park. Although this one was generally fine, it was not to our taste and we wouldn't have booked it ourselves. The rental company was not receptive to our complaints about this afterwards, claiming that these things happen. However, they should check what they rent out before their guests arrive. A shame, the chalet looks nice, but is poorly managed.
