Beautiful Apartment with View of the Tagus River

El apartamento es bonito. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Se agradecen los 2 baños situados uno en cada planta.

Le falta mantenimiento. La madera del suelo tiene zonas dónde está levantada. La terraza tiene el mobiliario oxidado, lo que es una pena porque las vistas són preciosas.

La cama doble de la planta superior es incómoda, el colchón es duro y se notan los muelles. No hay ascensor, es un segundo piso. Los escalones de madera son altos.

A beautiful bright and airy apartment (still with the ability to completely darken on the long summer days which is great for the kids). The building is characteristic of the area, which is all very beautiful. Lovely view of the river. Also it is only 20-30 mins in cab (very cheap) to beaches, 10-12 mins can into town, 15 mins walk down the hill to the famous Pasteis de Belém which was very reasonably priced and completely delicious. Also 15 m walk down to the river, hop on a Bolt scooter and can ride the entire journey into the centre of the city on safe shared paths. Lots going on along the river - very vibey - we had so much fun.

Couple of small issues that mostly were resolved.

Lovely quiet neighborhood, great views from the upstairs balcony.

Small apartment, making opening doors and windows tricky at times.

The rooms are very cozy, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, there is a washing machine. The location of the apartment is very convenient, the balcony overlooks the river. The apartment staff is very attentive and polite, they respond promptly to all requests. In general, the apartment leaves only positive impressions.

The apartment is located on the top floor. There is no elevator in the building, so be prepared to carry your luggage on foot. But this is the price for a great view from the balcony.
