Relais Palazzo Olimpia - Corso Vittorio Emanuele

We were provided with all the details before checking in, including a video that detailed where the property was in relation to it surroundings, where we would find the keys, and how to enter the building and enter the apartment.

We had a small mix-up after check-in which was when another couple checked-in into the apartment - it was a mix-up with the host's booking system and resolved quickly. Other than that the apartment is centrally located, easy to find and extremely comfortable.

Location and room size

Entry lobby could use an upgrade Pretty dark and looks like you’re entering a warehouse. With so much space, having a washing machine would be great too.

The appartment is in the great location in the main pedestrian street of Salerno, but was really quiet. Its realy spacious and clean, has 2 bathrooms, well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly, gave us a lot of recommendations. If you are not used to parking in Italian cities, you should also reserve private parking place nearby, but we managed to find a place in the street.

Perfect location in the center. Lot of caffe, boutiques, restaurants. Nearest supermarket is around the corner. The apartment was just renovated, has air conditioning, elevator, well equipped kitchen. The apartment is way bigger than it looks on the photos, especially bedroom. We were traveling with a baby and we were able to fit cot next to our bed. Also, the host was really helpful and he answered all of our questions within few minutes.

Due to great location it's impossible to park right in front of the entrance (there's pedestrian area), but you can use street parking (13euro / day). It's located less than 100m from the apartment.
