Beautiful 1-bedroom Townhome with nice amenities

The host was very friendly, the bed is very soft and comfortable.

The apartment was adequate for a short stay, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. Most of the blinds in the bedroom were missing, making it difficult to keep the room dark at night due to a streetlight directly outside. We also couldn't get hot water from either the shower or the sink, and a few items, such as the paint, the furniture and basics like the toilet paper holders were in need of maintenance. I think these points would be worth mentioning in the listing so guests know what to expect before arriving. With some basic maintenance and a price that better reflects the current condition of the apartment, the overall experience would be more in line with expectations.

The actual home is clean, nice, no issues.

I didn't like the fact it wasn't a TV upstairs

I liked that the host provided toiletries and body wash

I didn’t like that there was damage from a previous guest and there maybe a pest problem near the fireplace

Great apartment

Gave my vehicle info, parked in spot designated for the apartment. Received a picture of said spot on app, woke up last day and my vehicle got towed, called owner and was told I had to park outside the complex. He will not answer his phone, all I asked for was half of the $320 impound fee, if no response, going to get $320 and a lot more. Beware apartment staff had paperwork ready as I was walking in, probably not the 1st time, but it will be the last.
