The property I booked on Booking was listed at a different address (Hercegovacka 23) than the one I was given on the day of check-in. The new location is 6-7 minutes away on foot and this is still a change from what I originally booked and was not communicated in advance. Additionally, I paid extra for a river view room. However, the actual view is mostly construction and the roof of the shopping mall, which does not match the description or expectations of a “river view” room. Even without construction, none can see the river. Plus, we couldn’t move the car after 20h or come back after 20h because we didn’t have a card for the parking-to open the ramp Overall, this is not the accommodation I agreed to book and pay for.
