Bright 3 Bedrooms Apartment with Seaview Balcony

Posizione perfetta e tranquillità molto comoda in termini di spazzi e per visitare i luoghi

Un consiglio costruttivo quello di curare di più la struttura stessa in termini di finitura strutturale, da rivedere assolutamente e aggiornarli con un minimo dettaglio sono: cucina, docce, se poi si ristrutturerebbero in totale, darebbe a questa struttura il massimo dei voti.

Great location 5 minute walk to the downtown view of the water.

Perfect location, spacious, 3 bathrooms, fantastic views from the balconies, very quiet and safe location, close to everything

It’s already clear from the description, but just be aware, especially if you are a family with children - there is no dish washer and no washing machine in the apartment. Also kitchen towels would not hurt - we had to buy some. But this is a small detail.

The balconies with view! Quiet area! Short walk to train and buses! Short walk to old town center! Several good restaurants nearby.

The description when we booked said that one of the rooms would have one big double bed + one single bed. On arrival we found that all three rooms had double beds! Fortunately we were able to separate the bed of room 3 to make it into two singles. Moreover, the third room is separated from the living room only by an open shelf. Noice goes both ways! Maybe if you put a thick curtain on the sleeping room side of the shelf, the noice problem would diminish. A few more practical fixes could improve the comfort of the appartment. I’ll mention them directly to the landlord.
