- Bed situation - mislead about bunk bed (it was a spare mattress on the floor) - Broken couch and stained couch - Broken toilet seat - Toilet door doesn’t slide properly from living room - Balcony sliding door doesn’t slide easily - TV has no channels that work - No shower curtain (flooded bathroom after showers) - Pool noise from 7am - Hard mattress (think futon than double the hardness) - Light spill from led screen across the road all night - Noise from planes coming in to land - Extremely overcrowded pool - No air-conditioning in the lift - Pool was always closed - can hear the lift going up and down from the toilet The worse thing was the LIFTS. Waited up to 15mins (usually access of 5-10mins) and many times ended up using the stairs

We were happy with everything

Appartment was excellent The bedroom,the shower,the kitchen,the livingroom,balcony. You can see the swimming pool,the ocean,the jungle,mountains. Many restaurants ,shops,market nearby. This was top.

1) Comfortable & clean beds 2) Good location 3) Welcoming gesture by the host to provide water and a snack, which was much appreciated

1) Key Collection – It might be helpful to consider using a coded box for self-collection upon arrival, allowing guests to access keys conveniently without needing to wait for the owner or representative. 2) Parking – It would be greatly appreciated if arrangements could be made with the car park management to offer a discount or complimentary parking. 3) Lift – The lift tends to be a bit slow, and occasionally only one is in operation, which can cause some delays.

1. The property was nicely decorated and has all the functional items for a comfortable stay, including a washer/dryer machine. 2. The host was quite responsive to queries, although indifferent sometimes. 3. The location - at the heart of the city with short walking distance / ride to nearby tourist attractions. 4. Good wi-fi speed and Netflix was provided.

1. The shower had poor water pressure. 2. The shower curtain was moldy - best to change soon as it is unhygienic. 3. The foul sewer smell from the bathroom was very bad.

The location was good. Very near to the jetty and there are eateries/convenience stores within walking distance. The property also was very well equipped with travel amenities and they also provided some welcome snacks. Check out was seamless.

There was a very bad sewerage smell coming from the washroom and the kitchen. It was especially bad during night to morning. It would cause the entire place to smell like bad plumbing. And speaking of the washroom, the shower curtains had mold on it which is quite unhygienic. Unsure if its specific to our unit or others faced similar issues. The beds were quite uncomfortable especially the single beds and this place could likely only fit about 4 pax. The sofa would not have been suitable to be used as a bed as it was very hard. Check in was not as seamless as there's no counter so you need to be in touch with the team to wait for them to pass the keys. They did take awhile as there was a slight gap in communication to notify when they were at the lobby

1) AWFUL smell of sewers pretty much all the time, a bit less strong during the day but terrible at night 2) The most uncomfortable bed ever, so hard that it's like sleeping on the floor 3) Check in: weird! Although we informed the host when we left the airport, we had time to register and had to wait 30 more minutes before a girl came to give us the keys. She didn't introduce herself, didn't say a word, just escorted us to the apartment and left immediately when we opened the door 4) Housekeeping: extremely poor. There were hair and body hair around and the dishes and glasses were dirty. The carpets in the bathrooms were soaking wet (BTW, the bathroom "carpets" are outdoor mats, disgusting) because of the leaking bidet shower that nobody cared to fix, the provided slippers were clearly used by previous guests. I reported this and the next morning they sent an housekeeper, who ONLY swiped the floors, nothing else. 5) One trash bag for 5 nights: buy your own ones! 6) The view is actually awful: they don't show you the fish market right in front of the sea, with its smell, noise and ugliness. The "infinity pool" is facing the market as well... 7) Expectations from the host: before you leave, take out the trash, wash the dishes, put them back to their location... Which are things I usually do, IF I have time. But this isn't Air BnB, and I shouldn't be expected/forced to do it, because I pay for housekeeping! 8) No sockets in the bathroom: no way of using the blow dryer or iron in front of the mirror after washing your hair
