Westgate Three and one small room bedrooms house

It was as described in the photos and desription. Also we had a flight schedule change where the host allowed us to stay for a couple of hours after our check out time.

Location, size of house, nice bathrooms.

Sand in bedding and other sheets had stains. No face cloths, Hand towels or bath mats. Only one tea towel which was badly burnt and dirty. Free wifi was rubbish as it was fed off neighboring house. We had to hot spot loads of extra data for 3 teenagers. TV was using bunny ear areial so reception was rubbish. Smoke detectors missing from bases screwed to ceiling (huge concern and not legal) no rubbish bins or hooks in bathrooms. No toilet roll holders. Laundry door could not close as machine was too big so noisy as right next to open plan lounge. No laundry basket. None of the bedside lamps worked and one was broken. No privacy curtains in lounge with lights on can see in. Generally the house was grubby, fly shit on ceilings, mold in bathrooms and laundry, cupboards had crumbs, dishes still on drying rack, floors had dirt and animal fur everywhere. Outside was very overgrown and didnt make us feel like we were staying at a holiday home, wifi and hoses running to next door, patio umbrella had NO material so totally useless (unlike photo) no garage door and looked like a builders site and stuff had been taken /moved several times while we were out. We should have looked ALL reviews prior to booking.

The house was lovely, had great ambience and good value for money. Had all the amenities.

There were cat hair in the couch and the throws. The floor and toilets weren’t very clean either. Other thing that didn’t go well was the paintings on the wall which were creepy.

Location is excellent. Bathrooms and kitchen were lovely and also a great laundry room. Garden was fully fenced so great for our dogs. It was a very hot week so the very effective air conditioning was appreciated.

Great family home that offers ample space for all our needs, some great games at the home to play with the kids, built heaps of New memories and will definitely be back again soon a+++++

It was in a great location. We loved the bath, and the showers were awesome. The house was easy to heat up, too. The availability of a washing machine and dryer came in handy, and the house was big. Lots of room. There's definitely potential for a great stay.

I should have checked the other comments about this. It wasn't super clean, more superficially. There's marks all over the house/grime, and there's mould in places. Just simple things like hair in places and dirty dishes in the cupboards that weren't cleaned properly. Felt a bit yuck, also, please change your dish brush as it's seen better days.
