I like that how sweet the owner is and how beautiful house it was

Location is great, one just needs 10 minutes walk uphill to the old town. Parking place is literary in the front of the building and it is free. The idea with three locks on the entrance gate is funny and unique: just pick your colour and coresponding numeric combination!

Breakfast, seriously? That breakfast was almost like no breakfast... Also, if spending a few Euros for a new shower head is too much, the owner could maybe descale and repair the existing one, so water would flow as inteded, not spraying randomly in useless directions.

Very close to the beach

A great place to crash if and when you're visiting Perugia. Spacious room with all one needs and a nice balcony. While not located in the center, it's most definitely walkable and on the way, great views.

dirty house, dirty floor in the room, also bathroom. I supposed to had a room which was on the hall separted only with curtains, nowhere i found that it is room without door. I was lucky that was another room there with the door. because if not i would have to go somewhere else. Also the location, is more far than 10 minutes from the center. Maybe 20. I stayed one night. it was enough. I will not recommended this place

The property has no door in the single room and this is not shown in pictures or mentioned in the description. Once I arrived and texted the owner explaining my surprise with the situation and asked who the coming tourists were going to be (next day there was an arrival expected for the double room that is for rent in this flat too) I got ghousted and received no reply. There is no privacy or security possible in the single room, this was a crucial information. I left the place next morning, texting the owner again and got no information, no reply. I decided to book another place in the city and proposed I can pay two nights to compensate for the water, electricity used and also for cleaning the place after me (booked 4 nights in total) and I would like two other nights from the booking to be paid back, since the information given on the booking.com was not correct and false. No reply, no reaction, no money back.

The owner is very friendly

The single room has no door. It’s important to keep this in mind cause you will hear everything.
