When i was cheking out the room the hotel manager asked my phone for cash back option is there and will get cashback and he intentionally try to rate the hotel from my phone.... After some time i called OYO CUSTOMER CARE WETHER cash back is there or not and they told me there is no cash back option is there.... he (manager) Cheated me by offering cashback and took my phone
