The water situation

The property had ample space for a family of five, or two couples plus one. The space was comfortably appointed, and there was a nice sized game room. The outdoor area was great with space for activities, and parking was easily available.

The access road to the property was VERY rough, with many dips, holes, and high spots. The trail (can’t really call it a road) is a poorly maintained partially graveled, partially dirt / mud affair accessed via a very narrow bridge. The “bridge” is a concrete construction with no guardrails or anything marking the edges. It would be easy to drop a wheel off the side during the sharp left turn required immediately after it required to pick up the trail. This access should be marked as “high ground clearance / four wheel drive / mud and snow tires required. There are also several points where there would be obvious flooding that could affect access or egress with moderate rain.

It was BEAUTIFUL!!!! It’s remote and if you love nature you will LOVE this place!! It was very clean and stocked with almost everything you’ll need.

Very comfortable stay in a little pocket of greenery at the heart of Meadow brook. Saw 3 white tail deer one morning. Small kitchen but adequate for our needs. We had fun playing pool and board games.

Very clean , quiet and spacious.

The narrow /steep driveway up to property. The bathroom was on the 2nd floor.

Great place for a family with yard and pool table.

There is not enough silverware for a family eating in.

Priced fairly, good sleeping arrangements, appreciated the TVs and wifi. They came on site to fix the issues I had very promptly during my stay.

Pretty far away from decent restaurants/amenities. But

Nice quiet location. Plenty of towels and things of the sort. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy check in and out. Staff was very friendly when I had to call them and a had mishap on my end.

When you pay $150 for a cleaning fee, it should be 100% clean. On the one window In a bedroom, someone had written hi on it and it was still there when we checked in. And yes it was there upon check in. Carpet upstairs in the main bedroom, had black stains on it. Again yes this was there upon check in. Down stairs bedroom with the queen size bed and chair in it had no heat going into it. Had plenty of blankets so we made it work. Overall I was happy with the rental and would rent again from here.

I love the fact the home was hidden away from the main road, gave a feel of being in a cabin up in the woods! Amazing. Would definitely book again, we really enjoyed our stay!
