Location and staff were value added from day one to last day. Exceptional attention to detail. Upon arrival, the receptionist registering me in acknowledged my note for a room free of feathers in comforters and pillow. She sent house keeping to the room while registering me to verify everything was as requested. Kudos guys!

I like the location, the housekeeping staff is very friendly, and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage.

When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't give me the room I had reserved; instead, they gave me one on the 7th floor, room 707, where a large building loomed directly in front of me. The desk lamp, the one near the shower, the switch didn't work, and the blackout wand was missing. .
