We stayed in this hotel in Vrindavan for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was not maintained properly. The beds, bedsheets, and comforter had multiple stains, including dirt marks and what appeared to be blood stains. The cushion covers were torn, with stitches coming apart. The room also had a strong unpleasant smell. There was a power cut during our stay, and when we contacted the management, we were repeatedly told to wait as the electricity would return in a few minutes, but the issue continued for much longer. The washroom door was not functioning properly and would not close correctly. Another major issue was the water supply. The staff forgot to switch it on, and we had to call multiple times before the problem was resolved. We paid ₹2,699 online, but later found that the same room was being offered at the reception for ₹1,800, which was quite disappointing. The only positive point about the stay was that the air conditioner worked well. Overall, due to the poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, lack of proper service, and pricing inconsistency, I would not recommend this hotel.

The toilet was very dirty, and the hotel itself was extremely unclean. Additionally, there was a severe water crisis. I spent the entire day and night without any water, which was unacceptable. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the overall service was extremely poor. The room was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and a foul smell. They should refund my money immediately.
