"Lovely property, very comfortable."

Property was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Instructions were clear and concise, any questions which we had were answered promptly. However, weather was not very kind to us so it was just a little too far out of town to walk to pubs and restaurants but that is obviously beyond anyone’s control.

Nothing really to dislike but sea view was limited.

"Porthcawl weekend"

We had a lovely weekend in Porthcawl staying at 70 The Rest, the apartment exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you would need, very comfortable, spotless. The location is super, beautiful views of the sea, 25 min walk into.Porthcawl, lovely restaurant/bar about 5 mins walk away. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Porthcawl We will definitely be back again. Thank you Rayner for making our stay so enjoyable and organising the sunshine also☀️

"Excellent apartment."

Comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-equipped apartment. Excellent communication with the owner. Fantastic location.

Everything was great. Less mobile people may need to be aware the apartment is up two flights of stairs.
