It was advertised for 12 guests . Yet there were only 9 forks and one small saucepan . I slept in the living room , no allocated pillows . The kitchen table could only comfortably seat 10 . We had to squash together on the bench

Super location, walking distance to centre and very close to the Royal Crescent. Good choice of cafes and eateries at hand too.

It would be nice to sit outside in the courtyard but no outdoor furniture.

Needed more useful kitchen stuff to be properly self catering and although kitchen, bedrooms clean a couple of bathrooms needed a bit more attention

The location was amazing and the size of the property allowed for a life drawing in the lounge and a private chef. The staff replied instantly to messages I sent and the property was exactly as described!

Some furniture in the back yard would’ve been nice for morning coffees but didn’t affect our stay.

Lovely property that was close to town and suited our needs. Great communication with, they heckes everything was ok for us dyring our stay.

The house was spacious enough to fit three generations in, each with their own bathroom which always makes the stay more pleasant. Plenty of seating in the lounge and we were able to all sit around the dining table with comfort. (10 of us). We couldn't have asked for a better location, barely a 10 min walk into the centre. We did not use the car once.

There was nothing that we didn't like. If I was being picky the kitchen would have had a few more utensils and crockery for bowls of crisps and nibbles, fruit etc but that is personal preference because we were celebrating a 70th birthday.

Wonderful location. Large mostly comfortable house.. well furnished

One en-suite shower not working but once reported is apparently being addressed. Bathrooms worn and tired with moldy tiles, showers and baths. Loose flooring in one bathroom. Kitchen has worn accessories eg. Plates cutlery and pans. Requires some deep clean as dusty and spider webs.
