"Nice flat, good location but watch out with parking"

It was very comfortable and spacious. The decor was stylish and aesthetic. The internet was good. The kitchen was modern and clean. The double bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. Sofa bed was a bit hard but it did the job. TV worked and the streaming services were all set up, ready to go. There were a decent amount of plugs all about for all the mod cons we like to bring with us.

We weren't able to locate several of the advertised amenities (hairdryer, microwave). Also outside the property parking was provided but it was extremely limited, as you could not park there for an extended amount of time and an hour cost £1.60, up to a maximum of 4 hours. The nearest long term parking was a decently long walk (over 10 mins) and also came at a charge (over £18 per day!)

"Great Stay but some issues"

It was close to town. The inside was very spacious for our party group

Some areas like high lights were dusty. Food was left in the freezer from the last guests. Neighbour up stay when we arrived come downstairs and told us to be quickly. We were literally talking and had background music on whilst we were unpacking. This was around 5 pm on Saturday on arrival. The towels provided were very damp, so they had to air them before use. We were not told scaffolding would be there on the building, so the little balcony was unable to use.

"Superb"

New and clean. Close to beach.

Sofa arrangement is not optimal for 4 guests. Perfect for 2-3 people.
