Het appartement kan echt een heel stuk schoner. Hal bij binnenkomst was als erg vies. Ook al is deze gedeeld zou ik hier toch aandacht aan besteden. De rubbers van de badkamer waren echt heel vies, keukenapparatuur was van binnen vies, vaatwasser valt helemaal uit elkaar en de vloerbedekking mag ook wel een reiniging hebben. Daarnaast een heel erg gehorig appartement waar een buur tot in de ochtend harde muziek aan had. Kan de verhuurder niet zo heel veel aan doen maar dit is wel een nadeel als het zo gehorig is. Ook mag er wat extra aandacht besteedt worden in de onderhoud. Raamklinken die missen, verf wat afbladdert, slot op de badkamer (waar al iemand eerder iets over had gezegd) kapot. Bij een huur van dit bedrag mag je wel iets meer verwachten

Bedding and towels were quite worn.
GBLocation was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful answering our questions before our visit. The thoughtfulness of providing fans was much appreciated.
The kitchen could have been cleaner as it did not feel super freshly cleaned.

Not all windows would close properly we was asked to take shoes off when hallway carpet was badly stained . Kettle could of been descaled

GBGood location near to the Estuary and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The children enjoyed a great day at Adventure Island.
The apartment was a little chilly in the evenings. I put the heating on using the thermostat but it was not very effective. Even if there had been a couple of throws to snuggle up under would have helped.
