What a nice welcome from Prisca and Gabriel. We felt at home right away! The house was terrific for us with 2 large bedrooms, a complete kitchen and cosy living. The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of the house. The garden was lovely and you can see that Prisca had put a lot of love into it. But the specialty really is the service off the whole family and their hospitality. We’ve got a lot of good tips about what to do in the neighbourhood and what was the best way and the best persons to arrange things. The breakfast was served at our table on the terrace and was very good. Their was also cooked dinner for us and we could eat that in a special room on the property. Gabriel did a great job as well as our taxi-driver, our laundry was done in 1 day and nothing that we asked for was too much. Thank you for everything; we really felt at home just as you wanted us to be

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Homely Cottage in Naivasha. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect—peaceful and secure, yet close to all major attractions and restaurants. A day before arrival we had unexpected car trouble, and they kindly moved our booking by one day at no extra cost so we could still enjoy our full three days. This level of flexibility and care was outstanding. The cottage itself is spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. We truly felt at home!

Cet endroit est simplement parfait! On ne s'attend vraiment pas à sa beauté et sa qualité qui surpasse même celle des photos. L'accueil des hôtes est tout simplement chaleureuse .J'ai rarement vu autant de qualité humaine. Merci infiniment aux hôtes pour tous les conseils et attentions portés lors de ce séjour.Les services proposés (petit déjeuner inclus,possibilité d'avoir un diner,la gestion de tous nos besoins de déplacement court -moyen- longue distance , les conseils en termes d'activité à réaliser dans les environs de Naivasha, et même l'organisation de certaines activités,....) nous ont aidé à profitez au mieux de notre passage à Naivaisha. Je n'oublierai jamais ce séjour qui restera un des meilleurs que j'ai connu.

Hier twee nachten gezeten om de omgeving te verkennen. We waren moe en hadden een lange reis gehad. We wilden hier eten (zodat we niet meer weg moesten), dit doen ze normaliter niet. Maar ze boden het toch aan en dat was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook goed. De accommodatie zelf was netjes, ruim en de faciliteiten (speeltuintje en zwembad) erg goed. Ook hadden wij op de dag van vertrek ene lege auto accu. Daar hebben ze erg goed en eerlijk mee geholpen.

Our family had the best time at this lovely cottage! The space was cozy, clean, and kid friendly, with peaceful surroundings that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that we all enjoyed. The host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Even suggested local places to visit, which we explored and truly enjoyed. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to come back and can highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The road to the cottage around 1km was a bit rough.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. La propreté des lieux. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et inclus dans la prestation Le dîner demandé tardivement a été accepté et était très bon. En supplément mais je recommande

La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien Le faible débit d'eau à la douche et dans la cuisine Pas de Machine à laver à disposition contrairement au descriptif. La route pour accéder à la résidence est chaotique.

The property was well maintained, the house was clean, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. It was delightful to enjoy a bonfire in the evening with a drink. Sam recommended a fantastic restaurant for lunch.

Owning a car is preferable for easier commuting; otherwise, the owner will happily drive you around for a fee.
