I was left stranded in front of the apartment because host didn’t pick up the call. Try to call many time but still host didn’t pickup. The other options of hotel was fully booked. Not recommended to choose this stay. I try to contact booking.com customer service, the operator said host didn’t pick up the call.

We have rented an apartment from Booking.com, but nevertheless, there are some problems, such as: the house is not clean at all (as we can obviously see after earlier customer out; the unit is not cleaning and sanitizer for the second user); the kitchen is not have dish shop , and there is no liquid or sponge to wash cutlery; the air conditioning is ice drop always from there; and the most dangerous issue is that the water heater is electrocuted when we switch on. We made numerous phone calls, but no one answered. Therefore, we lodged a complaint under this domain and refunded our rental charges immediately; otherwise, I would make a police report by informing the police the police about the electrocution from the water heater and raising the issue on social media for the safety of the following customers.

I reached the property right around midnight after a long journey and there weren’t anyone to check me in. There are also no emails nor instructions to collect the keys. Made a gazillion calls and sent a bunch of WhatsApp messages to property’s hotline to seek help but ZERO response. I booked it coz of the high ratings but I am not sure why such an encounter could have happened.
