The back garden had all fag buts from the door outwards The mugs had all stains in them And the pots and pans had left over food in them The beds had stains in them all 4!

Walls falling apart, parts of flooring coming away, tv didn't work. Not like the photos is just poorly maintained and not clean.

Location was okay for us. Kitchen space was fine. Bathroom was reasonable but nowhere to hang our towels.

The pans for cooking were all worn out. Others not washed well and so were some plates. Frying pan was rust and not not suitable for use. Only one small pan was in good condition. The rest were all scratched. The beds were all terrible. You could feel only springs. We could not sleep and we could not went to leave. We won
