MYBathroom was too small..no doormat at bathroom
SGDuring pur stay in here, properly owner is responding quick and helpful to answer. Total 6 Properties rent and mostly enjoy in the stays.
Quite and good space for families

1.Guard not friendly.not helping at all. Owner tell us that we can check in already but when we reach there,guard didnt allow us to enter bcos he did not received any info from owner. Almost 15minutes we stuck at the guard house. 2. Entering the unit got bad smell (bau hapak) & sticky floor. No broom,no mop,no tissue. Kitchen utensil asal boleh. No knife,no chopping board,no dish rack,broken colander. For bathroom owner just provide hair dryer, a roll of tissue and hand wash. Thats all. 3. Mattress is hard and uncomfortable.Broken door handle. Aircond is not cold for both room. Need to open the door to get cold air from the living room. 4. Homestay not well maintained.
MYApartment is clean and well decorated. Beautiful seaview and park view. Good facilities with swimming pool, playground and sport center The park has it own beach and maze garden to explore Many nearby place to eat and supermarket like speed 99, kk mart etc
If you stay more than a day then the followings can be minor issues The pan a bit rusty thus not useable for cooking Not enough plastic bag for trash if you stay for few days Provide washing machine but no proper place to dry the washed clothes Wifi password different from the PDF guide. Someone else park at the designated parking spot Bit far from city center
