La Torretta - incantevole appartamento nei colli Berici

The flat is in a beautiful location. It's spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. On arrival we met our hosts, Michela and Alberto. Even though they only speak Italian, all communication went very well with the help of translation apps :-) The kitchen is well equipped. On arrival we found many breakfast items: fruits, packed pastry, milk, jam, bread rolls, butter, drinks. There are also some cooking condiments. They even provided some pasta and sauce :-) The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets very nice and soft :-) Michela was very caring, she kept checking via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything, especially as the weather was not always great and it got rainy and chilly during the stay. Overall, we felt very good there! The local wine we received as a gift before we left was really nice :-) Grazie mille!

Some suggestions for improvements: - A clearer sign that shows which bell to ring on arrival :-) There is very poor phone signal there so it's hard to rely on the WhatsApp. - A frying pan in the kitchen would be useful - A solution to divert the smoke from the chimney. Only one of the chimneys seem to be in use (the one on the right of the terrace) and it was only briefly used during the cold days, so I assume it's used for heating. The smoke was not really very disturbing, given that it was cold, windy and we had the windows closed, but I do think it would be better to find a solution... - Improved accuracy of booking.com entry. In our bookings' payment section it said that the property accepts credit cards, which was not the case. You can pay by bank transfer, cash or Satispay.

We had a good stay. Nice quite big, clean and cozy apartment with terrace. Kind and helpful host.

The apartment is spacious. Parking is very good. Very rural location.

Wifi could be upgraded. The apartment lacked a desk to work at. Charging extra for washing machine and air-con was unexpected.

Beautiful surroundings, great location far from cities. The apartament has all needed facilities and is very comfortable. Amazing view from the terrace. Near the apartament there is great restaurant with delicious food. The hosts are nice and helpful. Recommended!

Amazing apartment. Very clean and comfortable. There is a private place to park the car. The hosts are super friendly. I will stay here in future.
