Great apartment in an excellent location – very clean and comfortable! Our host was incredibly helpful and kind. She assisted us with parking, which made things so much easier, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated her support and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Palermo!

Very convenient location, everything is nearby. A big plus is that you can arrive at night and check in yourself. We didn't have water and were very happy to find it in the fridge.

The location was amazing - very central , many cafes around. Also quiet and peaceful as it’s located in a lil street . Everything was really clean and tidy , even extra towels , pillows were provided as well as shower gels and shampoos .

The apartment is big and nicely decorated (simple but stylish). It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is great and the communication with the host was excellent both before our trip and during the stay in the city. We used some of Nicolo’s recommendations and they were all good. If you are looking for a good spot to stay in Palermo, this is the place!

The appartement was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very modern equipped and the location was great, a walking distance from all the attractions.

The neighbours are very, very loud during most of the day (even though the appartement owner cannot do much about that).

Nice decor and good location. Very nice size of the apartment. Best restaurants and bars in the nearby area. Definitely recommend!

The matterace, small pillows in the bedroom, and the couch smelled of cigarettes. We are non-smokers, and that was very unpleaseant. Fortunelly, we had a clothes refresher that masked that smell, so we could sleep, but the host should definitely check them more often. Minor remark - the pan was scratched and therefore unusable.

Everything was perfectly in order. The apartment was very clean and modern. It was very well located, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The host was also very helpful and gave many good tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place

Maybe more kitchen utensils are needed, like an extra pot or pan. A pair of scissors or a toaster would also be very useful.
