"Not clean and hygienic, especially the bedsheet, pillows and sheet."

The location was good for commuting.

When I reached the hotel, they hadn't done any housekeeping. What I saw was a completely wet bathroom and bedsheet and pillow having a lot of hairs. I asked them to clean the room properly, the staff was polite though and cleaned the bathroom and changed the bedsheet and pillow covers but still there were a lot of hairs in their bedsheet and pillow covers. It didn't feel hygienic to me at all. They told me about the breakfast that they serve, they ordered it from outside and it looked to be ordered from a cheap place with cheap packaging. Also, you just have 3 options to order one of those for breakfast (Dosa, Upma or poha)
