The listing was misleading. This is not a studio apartment—it’s just a private room with a bathroom and access to a shared kitchen, which was not mentioned in the description. When I complained and reported the issue to Booking.com, I was moved to a different apartment, but that one also had major problems: a faulty electrical installation without proper grounding, and a persistent water leak that required mopping the floor every hour. From the beginning, the owner insisted on communicating through WhatsApp instead of the official Booking.com platform. This quickly became a problem, as she began harassing and insulting my wife to the point where we had to block her number. I was also asked to make a copy of the keys at my own expense, and was never reimbursed. One day, the electrical system actually burned out. During that incident, the owner began shouting in an unintelligible language and became extremely aggressive. At one point, only the threat of calling the police stopped her from physically attacking my wife. It felt like the owner was trying to make us so uncomfortable that we would leave, allowing them to rent the apartment to someone else. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The staff were kind, respectful, and very helpful. The place is quiet, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend it.

I was also delayed moving in by over 4 hours because the previous guest hadn’t left, and I wasn’t informed. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is weak and unreliable, especially when other guests are using it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and the furniture was really cozy and well taken care of. Everything you need is close by — shops, transport, etc. The host was so kind and welcoming, always available if I needed anything.
