"Not as good, clean or convenient as described!"

The name of the place.

It was not in Sanur by the beach but very far away (15 mins by taxi) so the location described provided on Booking was misleading. It was very dirty and despite having paid for a bunk bed in a dorm and the hostel being very quiet, they said at 11 am that the room was not available until 2 pm. I had to store my luggage in an unsecured spot behind the reception counter. In the end I never even saw the bunkroom as I had to leave before 6 pm. Neither could I use the shower because it was super dirty. All in all a terrible place with very misleading photographs and reviews on Booking.com Wish I could get a refund!
