Location perfect for where I needed to go, easy accessible, clear instructions.

Nice spacious rooms and a very comfy bed

Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds and couch. Wifi was also included. Good location with secure parking included.

Initial instructions on how to access the property/where to park etc were a bit confusing but once we were in it was fine.

The location was good and there were places to eat within walking distance.

The directions on how to get into the garage and room weren't very clear. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. And there were blinds missing from the sliding door that allowed lots of light to come in.

The garage key didn't work and the property did not resolve the issue. Did not even try. Appalling

Gym was nice. Property was clean. Covered parking.

The bed was pretty hard. The living room is tiny so you’re very close to the TV. There needs to be a small dining table and chairs where the random green chair is. I got locked in the stairwell because they didn’t provide a code and I didn’t know one was needed to get out. There was no dish soap, just dishwasher pods. No shampoo or conditioner in dispenser. Not comfortable enough for an extended stay.

Location was great, room layout was cool.

The garbage in the hallways made the whole floor smell like garbage. Also our room wasn’t cleaned very well, the thermostat kept resetting to too hot and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was a little bit of a hassle getting in and there wasn’t accurate information about the code and the location of the garage opener and the WiFi password, which resulted in my having to call and talk with customer service 4 separate times on my first day. A simple information sheet laminated in the unit would have gone a long way.

The place was new and clean.

It was very confusing getting in and out of the property. The key fob situation makes me feel like if there’s a fire everyone would get trapped inside. there are no clear entry exit areas

Fantastic location! The check-in process is smooth and straightforward, but it’s important to carefully read the host’s instructions to avoid any confusion. The unit was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for both short and long stays. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, and the atmosphere of the building and the neighbors was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying here—100%!
