Communication with the owner was good. Location is only a 10 -15 minute walk into the city centre where all the main tourist attractions are located. Nearest bus stop is about 8 mins walk (eg to get to either train station or bus station).

The bed is not good at all. It sinks in towards the middle. It needs to be replaced urgently. Unfortunately it caused both of us to get backache. It is a shame that the bed currently spoils the apartment because other issues are minor and can be dealt with easily. The apartment has a lot of decorative items which serve no function or purpose but could easily be knocked over and cause damage. The owner could remove a lot of these unnecessary items to make the apartment less cluttered and it would feel more spacious and less risky in terms of breaking glass vases etc. The owner had to come to the apartment to show us where to find the collapsable clothes airer for drying clothes after you have used the washing machine. It is hidden under the lift up bed. It needs to be easily accessible (and smaller to fit into a cupboard).

The host was very helpful and her answers to our questions were almost immediate. The apartment is quite cozy and the host left for us to use several coffee capsules. A nice touch were the Gianduiotti (typical chocolates from Turin) on the bed covers. Each person had a 3-set towels and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools. A little bonus: from the bedroom there is a nice view of the Mole which was all illuminated at night. The double bedroom is equipped with a thermal blanket which is a nice feature in cold winters. Location of the apartment is totally central and one can reach most of the Museums and attractions by foot. For example it took us 15 minutes to reach the Egyptian Museum.

Very minor things which are not essential: Wine glasses are missing and the shower head is a bit loose on its support and sometimes doesn't stay all the way up. The apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator goes only up to the 5th floor. This for us was not a problem at all, but it may not be ideal for older people or people that cannot use stairs.

Can't think of anything negative. Very quiet and great spot to see the sights.
