The place is secured and well positioned with shops and food outlets in the same compound.

For an apartment, below can be improved: 1) Ironing table(Too Small), 2) Hot water pressure in bathroom, 3) More utensils, 4) More Electrical Sockets(For Microwave, etc).

Facilities & location. Near to mini mart and restaurant etc. Actual comfort zone. Not crowded. Near to Sunway Pyramid mall etc. Easy to get grab car or grab food.
