Great location and great apartment with great views

The washing machine needs to be maintained as loud noises from the washing drum 😆

Very clean and nice

I like the location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The instructions for collecting keys and parking are clear. The room is clean and comfortable. The view from the living room is very nice (can see the Sunway pyramid).

The host is a bit rude. It is self-check-in, and I understand that things may happen. We could not get into the unit because the password was wrong (we tried for 5 times, the safety lock was out of battery and that might be the reason we couldn't get in). As we carried luggage and the time was late, we were stuck outside the unit for more than 15 minutes, therefore we were kinda frustrated. I tried to call the host but she did not pick up, and I totally understand that as she might be busy at the moment. However, her reply after that was rude, there were no apologies from her even though her customers were stuck outside the door for more than 20 minutes. She never follows up on anything from us also, just lets us solve the problem by ourselves. Besides that, some of the lights did not have light bulbs, making the living room a bit dim. The toilet was smelly. There is a very unpleasant odor coming from the sink drain. When I approach the sink to brush my teeth or wash my face, the smell is overwhelming, making it difficult for me to use the bathroom facilities comfortably.
